Registration Information

Registration for the 2026 RoboRacer PNU-HYUNSONG CHAMPIONSHIP is now open. We welcome teams from universities, research institutions, and companies worldwide.

Registration Deadline

December 31, 2025 - All registrations must be completed by this date.

Registration Requirements

• Team name and affiliation
• Team members (minimum 2, maximum 6 members)
• Team leader contact information
• Institution/Organization name
• Brief team introduction

What's Included

• Access to build manual and technical documentation
• Open-source software stack
• Simulation environment
• Competition participation
• Track access during competition days

Registration Process

1. Complete the online registration form
2. Receive confirmation email with access to resources
3. Download build manual and software resources
4. Submit technical documentation by January 10, 2026
5. Attend the competition on January 25-27, 2026

Technical Documentation Submission

All teams must submit technical documentation by January 10, 2026. This should include system architecture, algorithms, and safety considerations.

Important Notes

• Each team must bring their own RoboRacer car
• Cars must meet all technical specifications
• Teams are responsible for their own travel and accommodation
• All team members must be present during the competition
